Episode 3: The Dozen

The six friends continued their adventure.

They walked further than any of them had ever walked before. Crossed many fields of colour, discovered strange new places and most importantly they finally understood what life could feel like outside the cave. What a joy to be alive!

For the first time, the friends felt free. Days passed. Then weeks. You would think these humble cans were the only ones brave enough to leave the cave.

(Well,) you'd be wrong.

One afternoon, while gazing at the stars, Mackerel suddenly stopped.

'Oh my… I do not believe my can lids!'

The others looked up.

In the distance, they could see something moving towards them.
One can.
Then another.
Then another.

Shanise, Janisa, Tinkle Winkle, Wieber, Hanzini and Sultan

"So… you guys escaped too?" asked Plato.

"Yes Plato, but we were lucky.

Back in the cave sugar asked us when we would apply to corporate colourless Inc. and when we would get a mortgage. It scared the hell out of us.

'Man, I just got out of my package,' screamed Wieber, 'and I already have to lock myself up for the rest of my life?' It just did not make any sense, Plato. No sense.

The antioxidants made me see life and the cave completely different, I am talking about the magic potion of yours with 0 fat 0 calories 0 sugar. The whole leaf white peony tea!"

We refused the idea to optimise our young years to be a professional cubicle sitter. Oh hell nah!

So we ran for it! As fast as we could to the light outside the cave!
